Jill Withrow

Jill Withrow

Jill has been a personal trainer for 5 years and founded Jump Start Health & Fitness – with the goal of helping each client develop a strategy and program to incorporate movement (taking the stairs, walking to lunch, etc…), exercise and healthy eating into their lives.

She encourages clients to try new activities and set clear goals, then provides the necessary support. Clients have participated in triathlons, marathons and many running/walking events, climbed mountains, cycled across America on a team, and backpacked in the wilderness!

In addition to personal training she has coached middle school and high school Volleyball, Basketball and Softball teams.  She is an avid athlete and has participated in triathlon, running and cycling events in Northern California.

Jill is excited to add Pilates to her fitness education repertoire. After 2 years of instructor classes and internship Jill has completed her training with PHI.
