Elisabeth Mailhot graduated from Turning Point Studios Pilates Instructor Training Program in 2002. She has continued her education working with Master Pilates instructors around the country to further her experience and knowledge of working to enhance sports performance as well as pre and post surgery rehabilitation. She studied Ballet for many years at California Ballet Academy and performed with Oakland Ballet, ODC and Diablo Light Opera Company. Elisabeth has also taught Ballet and swimming.

Shenan graduated from Bryan College in 2006 as a Health and Fitness Professional and moved on to gain Personal Trainer Certificate from the American Council on Exercise (ACE). When she's not at TTBF, she works as a doctor's assistant and office manager, coordinating patient care and services. Since starting with Time To Be Fit in August 2008, she has added her certification as a Pilates Instructor. Shenan brings a lot of energy and positive attitude to her classes and strives to make getting fit as fun as possible. She enjoys all kinds of sports and hobbies from dancing to rock climbing to training for a Triathlon...

Robyn has been a fitness instructor in the Sacramento area for over 20 years.
In addition to her love for dance, Robyn skated competitively for several years. She participated in many softball and track and field programs while at school. She finds much joy in many forms of physical activities and continues to strive for her own personal best fitness program. She often can be found writing in her own food and exercise journals.
In the early years of her fitness career Robyn taught group exercise classes for The University of the Pacific, and other various fitness establishments in Northern California. She studied dance at the Stockton Ballet Company and also with the Sacramento State University Dance Department. Subsequently she became a certified group exercise and personal fitness instructor.
Her training and certifications encompass a variety of fitness methods. She is passionate about ongoing education and strives to offer the most progressive training possible.
Robyn is a frequent guest Fitness Consultant on Sacramento & Company, televised by News10, the local ABC Television affiliate.

Jill has been a personal trainer for 5 years and founded Jump Start Health & Fitness – with the goal of helping each client develop a strategy and program to incorporate movement (taking the stairs, walking to lunch, etc…), exercise and healthy eating into their lives.
She encourages clients to try new activities and set clear goals, then provides the necessary support. Clients have participated in triathlons, marathons and many running/walking events, climbed mountains, cycled across America on a team, and backpacked in the wilderness!
In addition to personal training she has coached middle school and high school Volleyball, Basketball and Softball teams. She is an avid athlete and has participated in triathlon, running and cycling events in Northern California.
Jill is excited to add Pilates to her fitness education repertoire. After 2 years of instructor classes and internship Jill has completed her training with PHI. |
