Pilates can be quite effective over time even if you only can do one session a week. Clients vary their schedules to include mat and apparatus two to three times a week. Pilates can be your exercise regime every single day. There is no "day on, day off" schedule. However, TTBF recommends applying your Pilates knowledge to other activities for a well rounded program.
