It is our mission to provide a movement practice that is safe and sustainable for every phase of life. Our Blend of Pilates/Yoga and Fitness experience allows us a library of tools to share with our clients to meet their needs and goals. Our small group approach makes it possible to give each participant a workout that is personalized.
[four_fifth]Initial Private Session
Get Started with an initial private session prior to joining classes. This is a great way to get started whether you are returning to fitness after a time off, or not sure where to start. It is also recommended for those who have any orthopedic concerns that may impede participation in a group environment. This is required prior to On-Line Classes for first time participants who are new to Core Based movement practice.
Private Session
We recommend individual sessions for those with orthopedic concerns or those starting a movement practice for the first time. Establishing a safe and sound foundation is key to any program. Since we are all very different in our physiology some one-on-one attention to identify where to place our focus and get to know you so that when you join a group we are more informed about your needs.
Semi-Private Sessions
Our duet sessions are a great segway from personal training to a small group. If you are not quite ready to have a small class but need a cost saving alternative, we can help you find a partner.
Work out with 3-5 people and still maintain individual attention. Come in with your friends or let us help you find an existing group.
6 Week Class Series
Each series meets once a week for 6 weeks on the same day and time in our studio. Listed on our monthly newsletter and on Our Facebook Page. Email [email protected] to be added to monthly mailer.
Online Classes
Our 45 minute classes are a great addition to our in studio workouts. Keep accountability and save yourself a little time by adding in a zoom class from home. Some classes require small props. See Class Schedule for a description of each class.
Online Private Sessions
Available by appointments just like in studio sessions. Let us assist you in creating a space at home to move and feel fabulous!
Home Program
There is always Time To Be Fit – Even a focused 10-20 minute session can be very effective. Let us help you stay moving with a program you cant say no to.
