TTBF Services

Time To Be Fit (TTBF) is a Personal Training Studio that includes both private and small group training. We are not a membership gym where you pay a monthly fee and have access to the facility at any time.

Our Group Classes (Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Spin, Core Circuit, Cardio Circuit and Fusion Classes) typically have 4 to 10 participants.

Most of the scheduled classes are mixed level classes however we do have classes particularly designed for getting started, refreshing skills or for experienced participants.

 
Pilates (Reformer)

We offer private sessions, semi-privates, 7 days a week with certified, experienced Pilates instructors. Privates begin with an initial consultation where an individual program is designed to meet your needs and goals. This program will address any injuries, weaknesses, chronic pain, tightness, as well as other concerns you may have.

Initial Private Intake Session
For the special price of $50 (normally $75) your trainer will give you a 1 hour introduction to all modalities of Pilates and recommend a program for you. In order to keep our classes consistent with people at the correct level, we require an initial intake session before registering for a class. At that time your instructor will recommend an appropriate class level, or may suggest continuing with private sessions before joining a class.

Semi-Privates
Choose Pilates Reformer and mixed Apparatus Semi-Privates to work out with 2-4 people for a more for a more inexpensive alternative to private Pilates sessions. This is also an option for those seeking workout times that may not be offered on the class schedule.

 
Pilates (Mat)

Pilates Mat Fundamentals is a class designed to teach and improve skills associated with the Pilates Fundamentals. We recommend this class for those new to the practice and those refreshing their skills.

Mat with Props is a mixed level class utilizing rollers, rings and balls.

Mat Pilates Mixed is an intermediate to advanced class that allows participants to explore more challenging exercises in the Mat repertoire.

Core Flow is a fusion of Mat Pilates and Yoga. It integrates exercises from the Mat Pilates repertoire with Yoga asanas. This is a challenging class for experienced participants.

 
Yoga

Our Yoga classes are fitness based, focusing on transitioning movement using breath and control. Come explore how each asana benefits you individually. Open to all experience levels.

Core Flow is a fusion of Mat Pilates and Yoga. It integrates exercises from the Mat Pilates repertoire with Yoga asanas. This is a challenging class for experience participants.

 
Circuit Classes

Cardio Circuit classes combine indoor cycling with strength training using a variety of resistance modalities. This mixed level class provides great cross-training in 60 minute workout.

Core Circuit classes combine strength training with Mat Pilates exercises using props. Also a great cross-training workout.

 

 
Spin Classes

Cycle Mat combines indoor cycling with Mat Pilates and Yoga providing a complete cardio, core and flexibility workout.

Cycle Plus gives you more “time in the saddle” for the extra calorie burn.
