Time To Be Fit (TTBF) is a Personal Training Studio that includes both private and small group training. We are not a membership gym where you pay a monthly fee and have access to the facility at any time.
Our Group Classes (Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Yoga, Spin, Core Circuit, Cardio Circuit and Fusion Classes) typically have 4 to 10 participants.
Most of the scheduled classes are mixed level classes however we do have classes particularly designed for getting started, refreshing skills or for experienced participants.
