Zoom Classes – All class are 45 minutes. Please check in 5 minutes prior. Register with [email protected] Please check your newsletter for day and time changes. From time to time Classes will be pre-recorded.
Mat Pilates with Roller – Join Robyn on Mondays at 4:30 pm to challenge your on-going movement practice. This class has mixture of stability and mobility exercise as well as some myofascial specific movements to leave you centered and refreshed. Although this is a mixed level class, we recommend a foundation prior to participation. A hand towel may be useful for some exercises. And ofcourse a Pilates Roller is required.
Stability/Mobility – Refresh your Pilates skills on Tuesdays at 4:30 pm with Shenan. This class is the perfect class for beginners or experienced exercisers to focus on the subtle nuances of the Pilates Repertoire. Many options for each exercise is offered to deepen the connection to the core and increase of Range of Motion in all of the joints. A hand towel, and step stool may be useful tools.
Fit Ball – Rock & Roll with Shenan on Wednesdays at 4:30 pm in this blended strength and stability class utilizing a large Fit Ball and hand weights. A foundation with the Pilates Repertoire is required. Although a mixed level class, the Fit Ball is an un-stable surface and may not be appropriate for some. Please check with us at time of registration.
Pilates Toned – Add a little extra to your Pilates workout on Thursdays at 8 am with Robyn. This class utilizes Pilates Loops and Sliders. Two hand towels and a TheraBand can be substituted. A strong foundation in core specific exercises recommended. If you have a small Pilates Ball, bring it along. We recommend a Togu Ball. A small pillow can be substituted.
Mat Flow – Come take a break with Robyn on Fridays at 12:00 pm to energize the body, mind, and spirit. This class blends Pilates exercises and Yoga Asanas in continuous pattens. You will go back to your day more centered and refreshed. A foundation in Mat Pilates and Yoga is recommended. A hand towel may be useful for some exercises.
Saturday Sculpt – Come sweat with Robyn at 8:00 am on Saturdays. This is a full body strength, cardio, and core class. A great way to incorporate a variety of movements in one workout. This is a body weight class that also incorporated hand weights. This class is demanding and may not be appropriate for those with orthopedic concerns.
Sunday Yoga – Wake up with Shenan on Sundays at 9:30 am. We encourage all levels to progress from week to week as she builds the foundational principles of the Sun Salutations and Warrior Series. This class is designed to explore each Asana for the individual body. Props such as yoga blocks and belts are helpful. A step stool and hand towel are also good substitutes and tools for certain asanas
6 Week Class Series – Check your newsletter for our 6 week programs in studio. Each series meets once a week for 6 weeks on the same day and time.
